openITCOCKPIT 4.4.1 released

openITCOCKPIT version 4.4.1 has been released. This version contains mainly compatibility features for the upcoming openITCOKPIT Mobile website.

QR Code generation for API Keys

In order to make the authentication from the mobile website as easy as possible, a QR code is now displayed that contains the API key. This way, the API Key can be quickly and easily transferred to the mobile device.

Many changes to the openITCOCKPIT API were made to improve the quality of responses and display more relevant data.

Quality of life improvements

Besides the compatibility features for the Mobile website, there were also a few bugfixes and improvements to openITCOCKPIT made. These contain for example: improvements in permission handling with container permissions, fixed counting of hosts and services from dashboard widgets or improved creation of the monitoring configuration.
